Recently, there have been many cases where customers have placed orders but received fake products, while our genuine products have not yet been delivered to customers and have been returned because the customer mistakenly received the product from another party that is not genuine. To avoid unfortunate situations, please note the following points:
1. Only place orders at one place. Once the order is completed, we will call to confirm, please do not place additional orders on any other website
2. Only receive goods from only shipping unit which is WESHIP. We do not cooperate with any other shipping units such as SKY NET or iMlile. The name of the shipping unit is always written on the package, so customers should note this
3. We always let customers open and check the product to ensure the highest transparency. If the delivery person does not allow to check the product, please do not accept the product
